For more than 10 years, Artscape has operated at 100% occupancy with vacancies at our buildings filled from a waiting list. Professional individual artists as well as non-profit organizations are eligible to apply.

We offer live/work space and work space for artists, as well as on office, administration, and gallery spaces for arts and not profit organizations.

Work-Only Spaces – Third Floor
All studios feature original hardwood floors, 10’ ceilings with open beams, and multiple windows. Each work space is a subdivided portion of a larger, shared studio - individual artist spaces range from 174 – 270 square feet. Utilities are included in the monthly rent. Additional amenities include a shared work sink, garbage/recycling facilities, and access to a freight elevator suitable for transporting large work.

Artscape Distillery Studios offer unobstructed, direct light, making them perfect for a painter or any other artist whose practice benefits from clear, natural light sources.

In addition, several of the spaces feature extensive running wall space, practical for artists looking for a multifunction space that can serve as a gallery/display area in addition to a work studio.
