The Tenant Services Department works to ensure that Artscape's multiple workspace, live/work, and non-profit arts organization tenants can focus their time on creative endeavours.

The Tenant Services Department leases space, responds quickly to building problems, and connects tenants with services available to artists provided by Artscape, governments, arts councils, agencies and surrounding neighbourhoods.

We have added an online maintenance request form specifically for our tenants to contact us regarding maintenance issues in their studios, homes or building. We will be adding similar features to this section in the future.
