Celebrate the 100th Anniversary of one of Toronto’s oldest landmarks and the 10th Anniversary of Artscape Gibraltar Point with a series of memorable events September 25 - October 17, 2009
In 1999, a group of passionate Toronto Island residents contacted Artscape when the historic former Toronto Island School was threatened with demolition. Working with the City of Toronto, Artscape converted the school into Artscape Gibraltar Point, preserving an important part of the Island’s heritage and creating an inspiring affordable retreat for artists and creative thinkers.
DONATE NOW: Recognize 10 years of vibrancy, inspiration, and creativity, and 100 years of history with a donation to Artscape Gibraltar Point. Any proceeds raised on the anniversary weekend from food & beverage sales as well as donations will directly benefit Artscape Gibraltar Point.

HOW TO GET TO THE PARTY
Friday, September 25
Catch the 5:30 pm ferry to Centre Island and follow Shadowland on foot to Artscape Gibraltar Point as the group dazzles you with their unique and imaginative performance. Alternately, take the 5:30 pm, 6:15 pm or 7:15 pm ferry to Centre Island and catch an Artscape Gibraltar Point Shuttle Bus. If you are running late you can take the scenic, 20 minute walk to Artscape Gibraltar Point at any time. There will be shuttle buses dropping guests back off at the ferry docks throughout the night. The last shuttle bus back to the ferry docks will leave Artscape Gibraltar Point at 10:00 pm. Google Map of Artscape Gibraltar Point
Saturday, September 26
A shuttle bus will meet the 12:00 pm ferry to Centre Island and take you to Artscape Gibraltar Point. Shuttle buses will also be meeting the 3:15pm and 5:15 pm ferry’s to Hanlan’s Point. You can take the scenic, 20 minute walk to Artscape Gibraltar Point at any time throughout the day. Google Map of Artscape Gibraltar Point
There will be shuttle buses dropping guests back off at the ferry docks throughout the night. The last shuttle bus back to the ferry docks will leave Artscape Gibraltar Point at 7:15 pm.
SHUTTLE BUS PICK-UP & DROP-OFF SCHEDULE
The Artscape Gibraltar Point Shuttle Bus will make a series of pick-up and drop-offs from and to Island Ferry Docks. Please note that it is a small bus and there is limited seating. Friday, September 25:
Pick-Ups
Visitors taking the 5:30 pm, 6:15 pm, and 7:15 pm Ferry from the City will be picked-up from the Centre Island Ferry Dock and transported to Artscape Gibraltar Point.
Drop-Offs
A series of three Shuttle Bus trips have been scheduled to take visitors from Artscape Gibraltar Point to the Ferry Dock at the following times:
7:45 pm (leaving AGP 7:30pm) Departing from Centre Island
9:15 pm (leaving AGP 9:00pm) Departing from Hanlan’s Point
10:15 pm (leaving AGP 10:00pm) Departing from Hanlan’s Point

Pick-Ups
A series of three Shuttle Bus trips have been scheduled to pick-up visitors from the Ferry Docks and take them to Artscape Gibraltar Point. Visitors taking the following Ferry Times from the city will be picked-up at the corresponding Island Ferry Dock location.
