Then: The approximately two-hectare TTC site sat unused for decades, then it took Artscape eight years of work to convert it into a multi-use facility.

Now: A host of non-profit arts and environmental organizations and artists fill the site, and a few new shops and boutiques have recently popped up on St. Clair W.
