Artscape Generates will restrict its contributions to projects that demonstrate the capacity to generate modest surpluses that can be reinvested in other Artcape projects. The requirement for projects to repay the Artcape Generates will be incorporated into legally-binding agency agreements between the Foundation, Artscape and ANPHI.

Surplus revenues will be reinvested in the account from which the contributions were made i.e. charitable or non-charitable. The surpluses will be reinvested according to the terms approved by the Foundation, Artscape, and ANPHI Boards of Directors.

In rare circumstances, where contributions are made for a feasibility study or pre-project development work toward projects that Artscape deems are not viable, Artscape Generates will not be replenished.
